Furnish

Flexible terms
Should a buyer want to keep the furniture, the rental can be set against the sale. Clear terms throughout, with no surprises.
You decide how to furnish the sale.
First you receive a complete proposal, moodboard, 3D design, item list and pricing. From there you choose the option that fits best, and can sell the home with or without the furniture.
Buy the furniture
Purchase the staging pieces. Ideal when selling a furnished property or keeping the pieces for yourself.
Rent the furniture
Most popular optionRent our collection for the selling period. The home is left ready for viewings and professional photography, with brand-new pieces.
What happens next?
Sold with furniture
The buyer purchases the home including the furniture; the remaining cost is settled at closing.
Sold without furniture
We remove all furniture after the sale, at no additional cost.
Not sold, extend
The rental extends month by month. If the furniture is eventually bought, the initial rental is deducted from the total.
Not sold, end
We collect the furniture and the contract ends, with no further obligations.
